Modern and cozy studio in a quiet building located on Rua 9 de Julho. Fully equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TV. Enjoy easy access to cafes, restaurants and public transport. A great base to explore Porto, close to Cedofeita and Boavista. Self check-in for added convenience. Perfect for short or extended stays! There is construction work taking place in the building from Monday until Friday, between 8h00 and 17h00.
Space
The property is located on the 1st floor (with no lift), so if you have mobility issues, please consider this before booking. As you enter there’s a small entrance hall that leads directly into the bedroom area. There you’ll find a comfortable double bed and an open wardrobe to store your clothes. Next to the bedroom you'll find the bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer for your convenience, and following that you’ll step into the living area, which includes a small but functional kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils and main appliances, including an electric kettle, oven, induction hob, microwave, and a cafetière for coffee or tea. There’s a table for two, suitable for meals or for working, and in the living space, a sofa and TV offer a comfortable spot to relax after a day exploring Porto. This practical and well-designed studio offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in the city.
