This comfortable one-bedroom apartment features a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living area with a TV. Air conditioning is available in both the living room and bedroom, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. Located on Rua de Cedofeita, one of Porto’s most vibrant and central streets, you’ll be within walking distance of shops, restaurants, galleries, and the city’s main attractions. On the first floor of a building with an elevator.
Space
Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, this apartment offers a comfortable and practical layout. Upon entering, there is a small entrance hall leading to the living area. The kitchen and bedroom are positioned side by side. The bedroom features a wardrobe and air conditioning for added comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. A washing machine is also available, located on the balcony in a separate enclosed area. Maintenance work may be carried out at the rear of the building during your stay. While we do not expect major disruptions, there may be some noise during working hours (8h-17h) and occasional limitations on balcony use.

- Late check-in is subject to an additional fee, 20€ between 22-24h and 30€ after midnight.
