Upon entering the apartment, you will find the open-plan kitchen to your left, seamlessly connected to the living room, with the bedroom and bathroom on the right. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a top quality washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven making it convenient for you to prepare meals at your leisure. There's also a spacious dining counter where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the scenic surroundings. The bedroom features a comfortable 140x200 double bed and a spacious wardrobe, providing ample storage space for your belongings. For a restful night's sleep, the window is sound-proofed and fitted with an opaque blind, allowing you to control the amount of light that enters the room during the morning. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The windows are sound-proofed when closed, but when they are open you can hear sounds from the street and the historic riverside tram that goes past the house during the day. The Area Just outside the door are a selection of local traditional Portuguese restaurants and cafes, as well as Pedro Lemos, a fine dining restaurant with a Michelin star. This lovely and charming neighbourhood is known specifically for its authentic Portuguese food and drinks. You can walk along the river to many other international restaurants and cafes in the surrounding areas. To travel to the Porto historic centre is a 10-minute drive. To reach the beach and the beautiful ocean boulevard of Foz, it’s a 7-minute drive. You can walk, drive, take the bus or the historic riverside tram that runs every day outside the house. Air Conditioning The apartment has top-quality, newly cleaned air conditioners in the bedroom and living room.
