Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a fully equipped kitchen with one bedroom, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, and Aircon. Located in the Massarelos neighborhood, literally two steps away from the Douro River. This property is ideally located with several bus and tram stops in the area and a supermarket 500 meters away. We are sure this apartment will be the beginning of many memorable tours during your stay in the city of Porto.
Space
The entire property has been completely renovated on the first floor, facing a tranquil, narrow street. Please be aware that there are no elevators, and you will need to use stairs. The living area is open, boasting a well-lit space with large windows. The bathroom is equipped with a convenient walk-in shower. Parking in the vicinity is available, primarily on Rua da Restauração, where you will find parking meters. Do take note that vehicles parked in the neighboring streets are at their own risk. The property is nestled in a narrow street, allowing you to unload your luggage at the doorstep, but parking directly in front of the apartment is not possible.

Late check-in is subject to a 20€ fee between 22h00 and 00h00, and 30€ after 00h00. From the 23rd to the 24th of June, Porto Celebrates its local patron - St. John. Huge festivities occur in the streets, mainly in the city center and firework, sardines, and music is part of the celebration. Celebrations start early and around town, small carnivals and markets will pop up during the month of May and JUNE in the city and along the river. Some noise may occur and parking may become more difficult since many take part in this celebration. If you like to enjoy local festivities you could not be in a better location. If you are looking for a quiet holiday this might not be the place to stay. On the evening of the 23rd, the party lasts all night. To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the declaration of foreigners at the border police SEF, this establishment requires Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the identity document and/or a photograph.
