Stay in an elegant property in Porto’s iconic Avenida dos Aliados 9. Located in a historic building, it features an ensuite bedroom with a queen bed, a bright living room, a fully equipped compact kitchen, a second bathroom, and a mezzanine over the living room with a double bed. Perfectly situated in the city center, it offers comfort and style just steps from Porto’s top landmarks and restaurants.
Space
As you enter the building, you immediately notice its beauty. The elevator lobby, though restored, has preserved its original features, including the names of the former shops that once occupied the space. The apartment is located on the second floor, and as you exit the elevator, you’ll find it on the right. Upon entering the apartment, the kitchen and bedroom are on the right, while the living room is to the left. The bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, features a wardrobe and a comfortable queen-size bed. The window has a blackout curtain to block out morning light. Despite its compact size, the kitchen is well-equipped for preparing small meals and includes a dishwasher, as well as a washer-dryer. Small appliances such as a Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave are also available. The mezzanine, accessed from the hallway leading to the living room, is an elegantly designed space with a double bed. In the same hallway, there is a second full bathroom with a shower. The living room features a large TV for enjoying your favorite shows from the cozy sofa. A dining table is positioned by the beautiful window, which has both a privacy curtain and a blackout curtain for a restful night’s sleep in the mezzanine.
