About
Renovated apartment located in the eastern area of Lisbon, just a 4-minute walk from Olaias metro station and a 15-minute metro ride to the historic city center. Situated in a residential area on the first floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.
Space
The space consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 140x190cm and another with two single beds measuring 90x200. Both rooms have shutters that can fully darken the rooms. The kitchen is modern with all the necessary appliances for daily use, such as a washing machine and dishwasher. All small appliances are also available, such as a toaster, filter coffee machine, and electric kettle. There is also a tall fridge and freezer. The stove has an electric oven, but the hob works with gas. As for hot water, the heating system is automatic with gas, so no procedure is necessary to have hot water. The apartment has a carbon monoxide and smoke detector installed. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The living room has a 42" television, sofa, and dining table for 4 people. Both bedrooms have a window opening up to a small shared balcony. Located on a first floor without a lift.

There is a late check in fee of 20€ for arrivals between 22-24h, and of 30€ after midnight. To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the declaration of foreigners at the border police SEF, this establishment requires Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the identity document and/or a photograph. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament.
