About
Located near Saldanha, this apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Situated in a quiet residential area on the ground floor at street level, it offers a peaceful retreat. The kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher for added convenience. Close to the Arroios and Saldanha metro stations, both just a few min walk away.
Space
The apartment is flooded with abundant natural light and is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Located in a recently renovated four-story building, including the ground floor where the apartment is located. The master bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, features a small walk-in closet between the bedroom and bathroom. The bed has dimensions of 160x200 cm. The single room has two single beds measuring 90x200 cm each, as well as open closets to hang your clothes. Opposite the bedroom, there is another bathroom for guests' convenience. The living room, located at the end of the hallway next to the master bedroom, is equipped with a television, dining table for four people and a comfortable sofa. Enjoy continuous and reliable fiber optic internet connectivity. There is also an office with a work desk if you need to work and need more privacy. In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as all essential household appliances for everyday life. The apartment also has air conditioning in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and office.

We are available from 8:00 to 00:00 to answer all your written messages on the chat and we have a 24h emergency phone. One of our colleagues will be contacting to arrange check-in time directly with you, we will be meeting you personally for the check-in. There is a late check in fee of 20€ for arrivals between 22-24h, and of 30€ after midnight.

There is a late check-in fee of €20 for arrivals after 10pm and €30 after midnight. To ensure compliance with Portuguese legislation when declaring foreigners to the SEF border police, this establishment requires Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of their identity document and/or a photograph. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. In this sense, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access.
