This charming apartment is located in one of Lisbon’s most central areas, close to Saldanha and the Gulbenkian Foundation. Situated on the 6th floor, the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor, so one flight of stairs is required. The apartment features two double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, and two balconies with outdoor tables. Bright, spacious, and in a prime location, it’s the perfect base to enjoy Lisbon in comfort.
Space
This charming apartment is in one of Lisbon’s most central and well-connected areas, close to Saldanha and the Gulbenkian Foundation. As you enter the apartment, you’ll find a bright open-plan area that includes the dining space, living room, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment — one facing the front, the other the back — providing added privacy. One room has a double bed, while the other features a queen-size bed. Both rooms offer storage space with hangers, ensuring a comfortable and organized stay. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and also houses the washing machine for your convenience. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, including a toaster, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The apartment also features two balconies — one at the front and one at the back — both furnished with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying a coffee or relaxing at the end of the day. Located on the 6th floor, please note that the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor — you will need to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the apartment. The location is excellent: very central, with easy access to the metro, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it a perfect base for enjoying Lisbon.
Access
Guests have access to all property. Ring the bell "Port" for a few seconds to open the main door, then go up on the elevator to the 5th floor, this is as far as the elevator will go, then your apartment are on top of the stairs on the 6th floor.

Other information
Hot water comes from a water heater. If it runs out, you'll need to wait around 30 minutes for it to heat up again. Located on the 6th floor, please note that the elevator only goes to the 5th floor — you will have to climb two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.´ To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the declaration of foreigners at the border police SEF, this establishment requires Online Check-in through its channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the identity document and/or a photograph.
