This tastefully decorated apartment is in an excellent location, outside the historic district yet still very central. A luminous apartment with a spacious living room, and a large suite with a king-size bed, located on the 2nd floor of a modern building with an elevator. With fiber optic and central heating, all the conditions are met to be an excellent spot for work or pleasure.
Space
The apartment is located in a modern building with quality finishes. On the second floor with an elevator, the apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, pour-over coffee maker, French press, electric kettle, toaster, oven, electric stovetop, and all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking meals. The suite boasts storage so you can fully unpack and settle in. There’s then a comfortable kingsize bed, fitted with fresh hotel-quality linens. Black-out blinds keep the room dark so you can always get a good night’s rest and wake up refreshed. The suite is spacious with a wide window, a 180x200 king-size bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bathroom has a shield for the bathtub to prevent the floor from getting wet and a hair dryer. Towels and toiletries are provided in the modern, well-appointed bathroom so you can enjoy an energizing shower in the morning! The living room is generous with a large window, a dining table for four, a smart TV, and two sofas for greater comfort.
