Situated on the fourth floor without an elevator, this luminous apartment serves as a perfect home away from home. Offering abundant natural light, it features sweeping city views encompassing the Lisbon rooftops and the Arroios church on the opposite side. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.
Space
This apartment boasts a spacious living area complemented by reversible air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. A versatile dining table serves as a perfect spot for both meals and work. The bedroom features a cozy double bed, with window shutters providing complete darkness for uninterrupted sleep. Ample wardrobe space is available for all your clothing needs, and an air conditioning unit ensures optimal climate control. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, and a generous supply of dishes and utensils.

Guests can access all apartment. There is only one cupboard that we keep closed and use for storage.
Interaction
We are available from 8:00 to 00:00 to answer all your written messages on the chat and we have a 24h emergency phone. One of our colleagues will be contacting to arrange check-in time directly with you, we will be meeting you personally for the check-in. There is a late check in fee of 20€ for arrivals between 22-24h, and of 30€ after midnight.

Apartment on the second floor, located in a building on a higher ground if you have mobility issues it might not be the best as nearby streets are steep. To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the reporting of foreigners to the SEF border police, this property requires online registration through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the ID and/or photography.
