The apartment is not located in the center of Lisbon. The apartment is situated in a residential area between Ajuda and Alcântara, offering a more authentic and tranquil Lisbon experience, while still being well-connected to the city's main attractions. The location is particularly convenient for exploring Belém and Ajuda, home to some of Lisbon's most famous landmarks, including the Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Tower, MAAT, and Ajuda National Palace. Getting Around Public transport is easily accessible, with bus stops a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Several bus lines serve the area, including the 742 and 760, which connect to Belém, Alcântara, and the center of Lisbon. From here, you can easily reach Belém, Cais do Sodré, Baixa, Chiado, Rossio, and Praça do Comércio, either directly by bus or via Lisbon's tram, train, and metro network. Uber, Bolt, and taxis are also widely available and are a convenient option for getting around the city, especially at night or when traveling with luggage.

Filled with natural light, it's a relaxing starting point for couples, families, business travelers, and longer stays. Enjoy easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport, with Lisbon's riverside area and city centre nearby. Settle in, stay cool, and experience Lisbon like a local. Important: This apartment is NOT in downtown Lisbon.
Space
Upon arriving at the building, go up the stairs to the first floor. Entering the apartment, you will find the living room. There is a bedroom to the right and the kitchen to the left. Across from the kitchen, you will find the bathroom to the left and the second bedroom to the right. At the back of the kitchen, there is a separate area with a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a microwave. The apartment is well-lit, with windows in all rooms except the bathroom. The living room has air conditioning, a Smart TV, a sofa, and a dining table with four chairs. The Wi-Fi router is also located in the living room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning for added comfort, as well as a window and a wardrobe. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer.
