The apartment is located in a very nice area and with different transportations to go around the city. Live like a local and enjoy the comfortable home in the beautiful city of Lisbon. Discover our charming, air-conditioned T1 apartment, nestled in a peaceful attic setting. This inviting space features an open-space living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides everything needed for a short stay, including a washer and dishwasher, a microwave with grill, an induction hob (2 burners), coffee machine, and toaster. Relax in the living area with a smart TV or step out onto your private terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, for breakfast or quiet downtime. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a hairdryer, and an iron is conveniently available in the wardrobe. The bedroom has a comfortable 140cm and offers storing spaces. Hot water is provided by a reliable water heater.
