Large and welcoming, this property is on the 3rd floor of a residential building in the Madalena area of Vila Nova de Gaia. The property has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with wardrobes and blinds. Two of the bedrooms have beds with a 160cm mattress and one with a 140cm mattress. Two bathrooms - one en suite with a shower and the other with a bathtub, supporting the other two bedrooms. The living room is spacious and has a flat TV with cable TV, fiber wifi internet throughout the house and a dining area with a dining table with capacity for 6 people. This property also includes a fully equipped kitchen with pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and other accessories to prepare your meal, as well as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher, washing and drying machines. The water is heated by a gas boiler. Upon your arrival you will find the property completely prepared, with the beds made, bath towels for the guests, toilet paper, shower gel/shampoo, washing up liquid, detergent and fabric softener, sponge, kitchen towels, as well as coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
