This cozy studio is located in central Porto, on a quiet street just steps from local cafés and restaurants. Situated on the 1st floor of a traditional building, the apartment is thoughtfully decorated and offers a comfortable double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a small kitchenette equipped for preparing simple meals. With the metro station nearby, you'll have easy access to all parts. Construction works are taking place in the building from Monday to Friday, from 8h00 until 17h00.
Space
The property is located on the 1st floor (no lift), so if you have mobility issues, please consider this before booking. As you enter, there’s a small entrance hall, leading directly into the bedroom area, where you’ll find a comfortable double bed and an open wardrobe to store your clothes. Next to the bedroom, you'll find the bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer for your convenience, and following that, you’ll step into the living area, which includes a small but functional kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils and main appliances, including an electric kettle, oven, induction hob, microwave, and a cafetière for coffee or tea. There’s a table for two, suitable for meals or for working, and in the living space, a sofa and TV offer a comfortable spot to relax after a day exploring Porto. This practical and well-designed studio offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in the city.
