The property is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, where you can find everything you need, from traditional shops, pharmacies and grocery stores to clothing stores and neighborhood hairdressers. The village of Oeiras is located on the coast, about 10 kilometers from the city of Lisbon, with several beaches available. We present some interesting places to visit. The apartment is located a 10mins walk from the train station that takes you directly into Lisbon in 20 minutes along the river. The same train also takes you into Estoril and Cascais in the opposite direction. If you would like to go to the beach is a 10 mins walk to the Paço de Arcos Beach or 15 mins to Santo Amaro Beach. Tagus Park is about 1 km away. There is also plenty of shopping with Oeiras Park about 1 km away. Piscina Oceânica (Ocean Pool) - located between the Torre Beach and the Oeiras Marina. Oeiras Promenade - is one of the most fantastic places to walk, skate, bike or simply enjoy the view of the sea. Parque dos Poetas - as the name indicates, this park it has 22.5 hectares, and in it you can find representations of 60 poets, of which 50 are Portuguese and 10 from countries or territories of Portuguese expression. Jardins e Palácio Marquês de Pombal (Gardens and Palace of Marquês de Pombal) - classified as a National Monument in 1953, this large garden where you can enjoy walks, picnic areas, games, music and dance. Aquário Vasco da Gama (Aquarium) - Located between Algés and Cruz Quebrada-Dafundo, this is one of the oldest knowledge spaces in the country, dating back to 1898. Fábrica da Pólvora (Powder Factory) - In addition to the green areas, the picnic park and the playground, we suggest a longer visit to the Caldeira dos Engenhos Garden, the Olive Trees Garden, the Sun Square, the Galgas Building and a visit to the Black Powder Museum. Fort São Julião da Barra - is one of the most important military constructions of the country. Needs to be booked in advance.

On the second floor with lift, the apartment is perfect for a holiday getaway or business trip. With one double bed and a second room with two single beds, the apartment offers plenty of space and comfort. A great place whether you're looking for some rest and relaxation or work. A car is recommended.

It is on the 2nd floor with an elevator, and offers free street parking.
