Family-friendly spacious property at ground level, located in the city of Matosinhos. Only a 10-minute walk from Matosinhos city hall and 2 minutes to the closest metro station. Matosinhos is in the greater area of Porto. The property is under a flight path, you can hear the planes.

This is not a quiet property. You may hear airplanes flying by, as the apartment is quite close to the airport. Car garage door noise is heard in the property as the garage is just below it.
