This cool and modern apartment is perfectly situated in trendy Chiado, 5 minutes walk to Bairro Alto and 10 minutes to downtown. It has been fully refurbished and is perfect for 2 couples or 2 friends sharing featuring 2 bathrooms, with fiber optic Internet On the first floor without a lift with narrow and steep stairs. The Air Conditioning keeps it at the perfect temperature in Winter or Summer.
Space
The apartment is located on the first floor without a lift in a quiet street. The stairs are narrow and steep. If you have heavy and hold luggage please be aware of the stairs. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a wardrobe, while the smaller one doesn’t have any storage space. The kitchen is equipped with most appliances, however, there is no washing machine. The location is very central and in a quiet area. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a table, four chairs and a TV. The larger bedroom has a full-size window, as does the living room, while the bedroom at the back has a smaller window. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and includes the basic essentials. Hot water is supplied by a water heater, so we recommend avoiding long showers to prevent running out of hot water. If the hot water runs out, it will take about 30 minutes to heat up again.
