The apartment is located in a very central and peaceful residential neighbourhood, set between Graça and Anjos, on a higher ground. This area is known for its authentic local atmosphere, friendly neighbours, and traditional Lisbon charm. You’ll find small convenience shops, bakeries, cafés, and typical Portuguese restaurants just steps away, as well as a larger supermarket about 600 metres from the apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. It is only a 10-minute walk from the starting point of the famous Tram 28, less than 10 minutes from the nearest metro station, and around 15 minutes from both the city centre and the historic São Jorge Castle. Despite being close to major attractions, the street itself is calm and quiet, offering a relaxing place to return to after a day of sightseeing. It’s a great area for travellers who want to experience a genuine part of Lisbon while still being close to the main points of interest.

Cozy 2-bedroom apartment in the trendy Intendente neighbourhood. One room with queen bed and one interior room with two twins. Bathroom with bathtub, living room with TV and a balcony with city views. Just a short walk to Praça da Figueira, Rossio, Tram 28, metro, cafés, restaurants and local shops. Perfect for exploring Lisbon. Construction nearby may be heard 8am–5pm.

This Alentejo-inspired ground floor apartment is the perfect base to explore Lisbon, ideal for families or friends. The apartment features a bedroom with a queen bed and a small work table, and an interior room with two single beds that share natural light through a connecting window to the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, dining table, TV with TV box, and tall windows opening onto a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen also connects to the balcony, where you can enjoy Lisbon’s sunrises and sunsets over the city’s famous seven hills. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower and a charming view of the city.

Apartment on the ground floor, however located in a building on a higher ground if you have mobility issues it might not be the best as nearby streets are steep. To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the reporting of foreigners to the SEF border police, this property requires online registration through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the ID and/or photography.
