About
Small studio, very central but in a busy and noisy area, just 1 minute from Praça Martim Moniz. The studio is designed for young guests who do not plan to spend much time in the apartment. It is equipped with the basics for preparing light meals. Located in the Mouraria neighborhood, which is currently a district with a great diversity of ethnicities, much like the rest of Lisbon.
Space
The property has been refurbished and it offers a double bed that you can close if you want extra space, a table with stools, sofa, TV and ultra-fast fibre optic Internet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all you need to cook a meal and enjoy it afterwards. The bathroom has a shower and toiletries are provide and also nice towels.

Other information
The neighborhood is loud because it's right downtown. Also, be aware of the trash pick-up every night, it can disturb your sleep. There are construction works in the building next door, which may cause noise starting from 8h00. To ensure compliance with Portuguese law regarding the declaration of foreigners with the Public Security Police / SEF, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may request the guest to provide an image of their identity document and/or a photograph.
