This charming and cozy apartment is located on the ground floor in the heart of Santa Catarina. It is just around the corner from the famous Miradouro de Santa Catarina, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Lisbon. From here, you can take in a fantastic view of the Tejo River and the Christo Rei statue while enjoying a coffee or beer. This apartment is the perfect location to discover Lisbon.

Welcome to our cozy ground floor apartment! Located on a quiet street, this apartment is easily accessible, with just one step to reach the entrance. Perfect for a couple, the space is cozy and inviting. The living room is equipped with a TV, sofa, dining table, and chairs next to a bright window. In addition to everything you need for a simple meal, the kitchen also features a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and washing machine. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, a comfortable armchair, and a coffee table. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, shampoo and soap. Of course, we also provide high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh towels, and bed linen - everything you need! Although the apartment doesn't have windows in the bedroom, you'll have plenty of natural light in the living room, ensuring a bright and pleasant atmosphere!

Given the central location of the apartment, it is totally unnecessary to have a car. However, if you do decide to bring your car, you should know that our neighborhood has controlled traffic access (only residents and taxis can enter), which makes the atmosphere calm and pedestrian-friendly, but it means that guests will have to park their cars in a public parking garage. Fortunately, there is one only 2 min walk away, the direction behind the apartment. To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the declaration of foreigners at the border police SEF, this establishment requires Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the identity document and/or a photograph.
