Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located duplex apartment. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped and features a dining area and/or work area with a open plan kitchen on the lower floor. there is also a double bedroom and a full bathroom with walk in-shower. On the upper floor you find a snug living area with TV and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The apartment has 2 floors. At the entrance level you find the open plan kitchen with a dining/ working area. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso and Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washer dryer. On the Upper Floor you find another double bedroom with 2 single beds that when together make a king size bed of 180x200. The bedroom has a ensuite bathroom wit walk-in shower. There is a snug area with the TV, a reading area, and closet dressing area.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
