A 2-bedroom apartment located in the historic and beautiful area of Bica. This apartment has been fully renovated and features a bright living area, flooded by light, with a sitting area and a dining/office area. On a 2nf floor without lift with a view into the unique Lisbon Street featuring the Bica tram. The street is very busy with several restaurants and bars, don't expect a quiet street.
Space
The apartment is on the second floor, without an elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep. This fully renovated apartment features a bright living area flooded by light, with a sitting area and a dining/office area. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washer-dryer, and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower unit and toiletries are provided. The master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and because is towards the back of the building, even on those Lisbon summer nights you can have a quiet night of sleep. The second bedroom can be a bedroom for children or an office. It has 2 pull-down beds, both with comfy spring mattresses for good sleep, and a small working desk.
