Welcome to our spacious apartment with a stunning view of the Tagus River, located in the charming neighborhood of Alfama, Lisbon. This apartment features three bedrooms, each adorned with windows and open wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and the third bedroom offers a cozy double bed of 140 cm. The kitchen is not only spacious but also fully equipped with essential appliances, including an electric kettle, toaster, oven, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a home-cooked meal, this kitchen has everything you need. The living room is bathed in natural light and offers a comfortable space to relax. Furnished with a generous sofa, two armchairs, and a TV, it's a perfect spot for unwinding after a day of exploration. Additionally, there is a small room that can serve as a workspace, providing a secluded area for any work-related tasks. In the hallway, you'll find a closed room serving as storage for the owner's belongings. Situated on the third floor of a building without an elevator, this apartment offers an authentic Alfama experience. One of our colleagues will be contacting to arrange check-in time directly with you, we will be meeting you personally for the check-in. There is a late check in fee of 20€ for arrivals between 22-24h, and of 30€ after midnight.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without a lift. A late check-in fee of €20 applies for arrivals after 22:00 and €30 for arrivals after midnight. To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the declaration of foreigners at the border police SEF, this establishment requires Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the identity document and/or a photograph.
