The property consists of two houses that share the same garden, creating a welcoming and green environment. While the outdoor space is shared, your house has its own dedicated area with exclusive outdoor furniture for you to relax and enjoy. As you enter through the garden, you'll be greeted by a lush lawn dotted with pine trees. Your house is the first one, conveniently located, with a key safe next to the door for easy access. Inside, a hallway connects the main living spaces, leading first to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. This bright and functional area includes a dining table for four and essential appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, gas cooktop, and oven, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Further down the hallway, you'll find the three bedrooms and bathrooms. The double bedroom, featuring a 140x190 cm bed, is simple yet filled with natural light. The other two bedrooms each offer two single beds (90x190 cm), making them ideal for families or groups. On the corridor there are wardrobes for your convenience. The house is just 8 to 10 minutes by car from the stunning coastline, where you'll find kilometers of sandy beaches lined with seafront cafés, restaurants, and bars, perfect for a relaxing day by the ocean.

The property consists of two houses that share the same garden. However, there is exclusive outdoor furniture for your use, located right in front of the house entrance. Additionally, a fence has been placed to define the private area of the house where you are staying. Also you will notice a swimming pool is shared.
