About
Spend your dream holiday in this spacious and bright 3-bedroom apartment, ideally located in a quiet residential area in central Cascais. It features two double bedrooms and one bunk-bed room, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located on the second floor (no lift). Close to the beach, train station, restaurants, and shops—perfect for exploring Cascais, Sintra, Cabo da Roca, and Lisbon.
Space
The apartment is spacious and features three bedrooms. It includes a master suite with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with a double bed (with a single bunk above, not made up and not available for use), and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a child-friendly décor, ideal for children. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, and no additional guests are permitted. Both double bedrooms share access to a closed balcony, providing an additional comfortable space. The master bedroom includes a TV, and there is also a larger TV in the living room. The living room is large and includes a separate dining area with a table for up to six people. The apartment also comes with two bathrooms and a guest toilet. It is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator. There is a Fiber Optic Internet connection if you need to work or have Zoom Calls. The apartment is 500 metres from the beach, Praia dos Pescadores, in Cascais, or a 7-minute walk. The train Station is 400m and a 5-minute walk.
Access
The guests have access to the entire apartment. NOTE: The single bunk above the double bed is not made up and is not allowed to be used.

To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the declaration of foreigners at the border police SEF, this establishment requires Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the identity document and/or a photograph. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. In this sense, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access. The crib is available upon request with at least 24 hours' notice and has a fee of €20 for the entire stay.
