The coastline faces the might of the Atlantic ocean with powerful wave breaks, making it ideal for surfing and kitesurfing. Surf equipment can be hired on the beach. Costa da Caparica town is a favorite with the Portuguese who either own holiday homes here or visit as a day trip from Lisbon. Within the town are many inexpensive restaurants, cafes, and beach bars and in Summer there is a lively holiday atmosphere in the region. There are regular bus services that connect Lisbon to Costa da Caparica town. A car is recommended to explore further south where the beaches are empty. The areas of interest near Caparica are: Serra da Arrabida, Cabo Espichel, Sesimbra, Setubal and Cristo Rei.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Located on the first floor, need to climb stairs. With a cozy terrace where you can relax, unwind and enjoy a drink at the end of the day. On hot days, you can simply pull down the awning to stay

In a residential area in the center of Costa da Caparica village, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and a small living room open to the kitchen. On the first floor with access by stairs. One bedroom with a queen size bed 160x200 and another one with two single beds 90x200. The living room with a Smart TV is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, also a french press, a kettle and a microwave. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. Unlimited wifi is available. Free parking at the door.
